Good Practical Advice

I was interested in this book because I had read an article in Home Power magazine by Ted Dillard on motorcycle conversions. This is a great book of practical advice written in an easy-to-understand style. Some things I like about this book:
1. Very thorough and well-organized. Chapters are specific and on-topic. There's even a short acronym translator.
2. Good advice on construction techniques for the novice.
3. The book is on electric bikes, not a lot of environmental wacko drivel.
(He even managed to avoid--mostly--use of the ridiculous term "amperage.")
If you want to use this book as a guide in the shop, I would suggest getting the paper version. (You'll do lots of underlining and highlighting.) If you do get a Kindle version, be advised the illustrations are very poorly rendered on the black-and-white kindle, but look sharp on the Kindle Fire.
I like Ted Dillard's writing style, and of the numerous books I've read on electric conversions, I find this book to be the most helpful.
